LoveButton support

Install the YouTube Music extension from the Chrome Web Store using the browser setup guide. Use Chrome or Brave on the computer where you play music. Pair that browser profile with LoveButton, then check that sharing is enabled in the extension and that YouTube Music is open and playing. Hearts go to the channel named in LoveButton Settings.

If a favorite says “Checking…”, let LoveButton check the saved rating. Do not repeatedly toggle it or disconnect during an unresolved write. Offline favorites are not queued.

For account deletion, email support with your connected channel ID or Last.fm username. We verify ownership through your existing session or a proportionate account-control check before deleting anything; an identifier alone is not proof. If you cannot sign in, explain that in your message. Verified deletion requests are completed within seven days. You can revoke Google access directly from Google Account connections while we help.
